Return Policy


Currently, we are pleased to offer exchanges or store credit as our exclusive options for returns. 

Exchange Policy 

You must send your return within 14 days of receiving your product or your return will not be accepted.  To be eligible for a return, the product must be unworn, tags attached, in new condition with your order receipt included. Please ship your return back to us using an outer cardboard box, to ensure protection of the shoes and the shoe box, failure to do so could lead to damage meaning we would not be able to accept the return.

Please also be aware that our prices can fluctuate; if the price is different when requesting an exchange, you will be invoiced the price difference, once paid we will dispatch your exchange. If the invoice is not paid within 14 days, we will return your original order back to you.  Please allow 5-10 working days for us to process your exchange. If we are out of stock of the requested size, we will contact you via email to discuss alternative options.


How do I create a return?

Please contact us at to receive the return address. 

Please purchase a postage label using a tracked and signed for delivery service and send to the address below. We recommend using Royal Mail / DPD / UPS / DHL. Please refrain from using Evri to send your return where possible.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us.

International customers will be liable for any import duties that we incur when receiving your return/exchange. Initial shipping costs will not be refunded. Only international exchanges will require an additional shipping cost before being dispatched.

Once we have received your return, we will check to make sure everything coincides with our Terms and Conditions and we will then process your exchange or store credit within 3-5 working days.

How do I cancel my order?

If you decide you do not want your order within 1 hour of purchasing please email our customer service team at or get in touch via live chat. Please note our customer service and live chat is only available Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.

A 10% cancellation fee is processed on all orders due to our payment merchants policies.

Due to how quickly we aim to dispatch orders, if this item has been shipped or it is past the 1 hour time scale, this order cannot be cancelled and the return policy applies.

Damages & Issues

Upon receiving your order, we kindly request that you thoroughly inspect the item. If you discover any defects, damage, or if the item received is not what you ordered, please contact us without delay. This will enable us to promptly assess the situation and take appropriate steps to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

Lost & Undelivered Items

We must inform you that we are not responsible for items that are lost or undelivered due to incorrect address information provided at the time of order placement. Furthermore, we cannot be held accountable for any mistakes or delays caused by the postal service. If you encounter issues with undelivered items, we advise you to directly contact the courier service involved for resolution.

European Union 14 day cooling off period 

Notwithstanding the above if the merchandise is being shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof or purchase.
