Our Authentication Process

Every pair we sell is inspected by hand before it ships. No exceptions. Here's exactly how we make sure what lands on your doorstep is the real thing.

How we verify every pair

  1. Trusted sourcing

We buy only from established suppliers and verified sellers we've worked with over time — never anonymous, one-off sources. Every intake is logged against its supplier.

  2. Intake inspection

The moment a pair arrives at our warehouse it's opened and checked. Nothing goes into stock until it has passed this first inspection.

  3. Multi-point authentication

We examine the details that matter — construction and materials, stitching, colourway, branding and labelling, the box label and SKU, and the size tag against the shoe — comparing each pair against known-authentic references.

  4. Condition & quality control

Once verified authentic, each pair is graded for condition. Anything with a minor factory flaw is flagged and, where relevant, moved to our clearly-labelled Outlet.

  5. Final check & dispatch

Before a pair leaves us it's checked one last time and packed securely — shipped tracked and double-boxed to protect the shoe box in transit.

A note on factory flaws. Sneakers are mass-produced, and even pairs that pass the brand's own quality checks can carry small manufacturing marks — a little excess glue, slight stitching variation, or a minor crease from box storage. These are normal, they're not defects in authenticity, and we're upfront about them.

We explain exactly what to expect on our Factory Flaws Explained page.
