Shipping Policy

UK Shipping

Project Sneakers dispatches all packages from the UK via Royal Mail/UPS using a fully insured and protected service. You will receive a tracking number once your item(s) have been dispatched so you can freely track your order. 

Dispatch times can change depending on the product; we offer items that are available for same/next day dispatch, 1-3 business days as well as 3-7 business days. These are shown at checkout.

Delivery updates with tracking information will be sent via email so you are kept informed on your order as soon as it's placed.

Delays can occur during busy periods, we will make sure you are updated from the moment you place an order.

Project Sneakers will not be responsible for parcels that go missing due to incorrect shipping address given.

Project Sneakers is not responsible for parcels that are not collected from the Post Office in the time-frame given on the courier website. These items will not be 'returned to sender' as our address will not be written on or inside parcels for obvious security reasons.

International Postage

International postage costs will depend on the weight and value of the item, this price will be shown at checkout.

If you are based outside the United Kingdom, the following postage timeframes are calculated at checkout.

We use either DPD / DHL / UPS depending on the weight and value of the item. 

International buyers may receive a customs charge. Project Sneakers is not responsible for this charge and it must be paid by the customer. Failure to pay the customs charge will result in the order being returned to us and you will not receive a refund for the initial shipping cost.
