Project Sneakers is fully online, and we don’t have a physical store just yet.
At Project Sneakers, we guarantee 100% authenticity through a strict inspection and certification process. Every item is evaluated for its packaging, appearance, components, and included accessories. Any flaws are identified and addressed, and authenticity is confirmed by our trained certifiers. Only products that pass our full authentication checks are sent to our customers.
Sneaker sizing can vary depending on the brand. Each product page includes a dedicated section explaining how that specific model fits and whether sizing may differ. Since everyone’s feet are unique, our returns and exchange policy ensures you can easily swap or return your shoes if they aren’t the perfect fit.
“GS” stands for Grade School sizing. These versions of classic sneaker models are redesigned with a smaller, narrower fit. Because GS pairs are intended for feet smaller than standard men's sizing, we recommend going half a size up when purchasing any GS product.
If you’re not satisfied with the item you’ve received, you may return it to us through our return portal.
Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be in good condition with the original PROJECT SNEAKERS tags attached. Products must be returned in their original shoebox and placed inside protective packaging for shipping.
Processing and shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for covering the return postage cost. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method.
Returns will not be accepted if the products or boxes are damaged, not in their original condition, or if the tags have been removed.
ORDERING & PAYMENT
Yes — please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order and we will try to stop the fulfilment process. A 10% cancellation fee applies to all orders once they are placed.
Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled; in this case, please follow our returns process instead.

We accept major Debit/Credit Cards and PayPal. Klarna/Pay-Later options may appear at checkout based on your location and eligibility.

If your order has not yet been shipped, Please Contact Us as soon as possible. We will do our utmost to update your information. Yes — all orders are processed in GBP (£). If your card/account isn’t in GBP, your bank will convert the payment and may apply FX/overseas transaction fees using its own exchange rate. the final charge is in GBP. Shipping & Delivery (UK/EU)
We typically ship orders within 24 to 48 hours on business days. You can track shipping updates once the courier scans the package for the first time.

Your package has been successfully scheduled and is awaiting the courier's initial scan confirmation. This status is normal until the package is picked up for processing.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be new, unworn and in the original box/tags. Opened blind boxes and items marked final sale are non-returnable.For more information, please refer to our Refund Policy
Please submit your request through the Returns Portal and ship the package back as instructed. Exchanges are subject to availability; otherwise, we will issue a refund according to our Refund Policy.

Single Box= one sealed blind box from the listed POP MART series — the character is random.
Group One / Group Two= aProject Sneakers-exclusive option that lets you buy one sealed single box from two different POP MART series within the same listing. Yes — Our POP MART blind boxes are supplied factory-sealed from authorised channels. We do not open or reseal them; packaging retains the original tamper-evident seal/hologram where applicable. To ensure authenticity, we source only from verified distributors and cross-check series/SKU labels before dispatch. Please note characters are random and secret/chase isn’t guaranteed unless stated on the product page. If a seal looks compromised or the box arrives damaged, photograph it on arrival and contact us within 48 hours so we can help.
